Avenue Q

Ich bin ja eigentlich nicht unbedingt der größte Musical Fan (damit mein ich nur, es gibt größere :))

"Grease" und "Elisabeth" hab ich in der Schule gesehen und war ganz begeistert. Eine zeitlang hab ich versucht die Lieder nachzusingen - war aber nicht so erfolgreich dabei. Auf der Theatersommerakademie in Graz gibts einen super Musical Kurs. Warum ich den noch nie besucht hab war im letzten Jahr Thema.

However. In letzter Zeit bin ich öfter über Lieder aus dem Musical "Avenue Q" gestolpert. Sehr geniale Texte. Zum Beispiel ein gesellschaftskritisches Lied über das Interent:

oder über Beziehungen - ein bisschen was Nachdenkliches:

oder - momentan mein absoluter Liebling - "What do you do with a B.A. in English" - Ich habs leicht verändert - "What do you do with a Ph.D. in Powi"...

Ich würd das ja sehr gern mal live sehen. In Las Vegas, im Wynn, läufts seit 2005. Das hab ich die letzten Male versäumt, aber das wird schon noch mal. Sobald ich den PhD in Powi hab kann ich mich wieder auf mein "Life outside my apartement" kümmern.
